Any examples of past performance are for informational purposes only and do not represent a promise or expectation of future results.

You understand that many factors affecting results are outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, user behavior, market changes, website conditions and third party platform policies.

You agree that Search Miners is not responsible for performance changes, ranking fluctuations or any decline in traffic.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Supply access credentials, data, content or approvals when requested
• Respond in a timely manner to communication
• Comply with all laws applicable to your business or website

Failure to provide information or access may delay or limit our ability to perform the services. This does not create grounds for refund or cancellation.

6. Fees, Billing and No Refunds

You agree to the following billing terms:
• All fees must be paid in full before services begin
• All payments are final and non refundable
• No exceptions are granted for dissatisfaction, lack of results or early termination
• Recurring services will be billed according to the schedule stated in your agreement or invoice

If a payment method fails or a balance remains unpaid, services may be paused or terminated until full payment is received.

7. Intellectual Property

If the client has agreed to a contract or service term, the full contract period must be honored. Early termination by the client does not release the client from the remaining payments for the full duration of the contract. All remaining payments become immediately due upon termination.

If the client received a subsidized, discounted or reduced rate based on the agreed contract term, and the contract is not fulfilled in full, the client is responsible for paying the difference between the subsidized rate and the standard, undiscounted rate for all services rendered up to the date of termination. This balance becomes immediately due.

Search Miners may terminate services immediately for breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, non payment or failure to provide required access or information.

12. Cookies
